Refunds

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with the KEM product you purchased, you may return it and you will be refunded the cost of the product.

In order to return a product you will have to complete the Returns Form (included in the package), where we would like you to report the reason(s) of the return. For more information regarding returns, please visit our return policy page here
 
Please note that all personalized items through our "Tag Your Bag" service are made to order, therefore,  are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned.
