Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped according to the shipping method you have chosen during the checkout. Shipping methods available in Greece:

- Speedex courier

- Pick-up from BOX NOW locker

For international shipments your order is shipped via DHL.

Shipping Cost

Greece:
Shipping is free of charge for orders paid with card, paypal or Klarna above 80€ and for orders with cash on delivery above 100€.

For orders of lesser value, shipping costs are as follows:

Speedex Courier:
Attica: 4€
Province: 6.5€
An additional charge of 4€ applies for cash on delivery orders.

BOX NOW:
Attica & Province: 3,5€
BOX NOW is available only for prepaid orders (card, paypal, Klarna)

Other countries:
The shipping cost is calculated during checkout, depending on the destination country and the total weight of your order. 
Customers outside the EU may incur additional charges due to exchange rate fluctuations, customs clearance procedures, import duties, quotas, permits, product restrictions, or other local regulatory requirements. Our company accepts no responsibility for such costs or obligations. Since custom tolls are not included, please make sure you contact your local tax administration, prior to completing your order.

All orders are packed and shipped from KEM within 2 business days from placing your order. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are already on their way to you. During sales and promotion periods delivery dates may vary from the estimations mentioned in the terms of delivery.

 Local VAT 24% is applied (included in the final price) to all orders dispatched according to Greek legislation.
