All orders are shipped according to the shipping method you have chosen during your checkout. All orders in Greece are shipped through Speedex courier. For international shipments your order is shipped via DHL.
The shipping cost is calculated during checkout, depending on the destination country and the total weight of the products you selected. Since custom tolls are not included please make sure you contact your local tax administration, prior to completing your order. All orders are packed and shipped from KEM within 2 business days from placing your order. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are already on their way to you. During sales and promotion periods delivery dates may vary from the estimations mentioned in the terms of delivery.
Local VAT 24% is applied (included in the final price) to all orders dispatched according to Greek legislation.

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with the KEM product you purchased, you may return it and you will be refunded the cost of the product.
